Welcome to Ceylon Weddings. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By creating an account or using Ceylon Weddings, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
For Couples: You agree to use the platform in good faith to find and connect with wedding vendors. You will not submit false enquiries, spam vendors, or misuse the review system.
For Vendors: You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to enquiries in a timely manner, and represent your services honestly. You are responsible for the accuracy of your portfolio, pricing, and availability.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, including photos, descriptions, and reviews. By uploading content, you grant Ceylon Weddings a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.
Vendors represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for all content they upload, including photographs and other media. Vendors shall not upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Ceylon Weddings reserves the right to remove any content that is believed to infringe on intellectual property rights. For full details on our takedown process, please see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
You may not: use the platform for unlawful purposes; impersonate another person or entity; upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the platform; or engage in any form of harassment or discrimination.
Ceylon Weddingsis a marketplace platform that connects couples with vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any vendor's services. Ceylon Weddings is not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors and shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such arrangements.
If a dispute arises between a couple and a vendor, we encourage both parties to resolve it directly. Ceylon Weddings may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. For disputes related to the platform itself, please contact us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
