1. Content Ownership

Ceylon Weddings is a marketplace platform. Vendors are solely responsible for the images, descriptions, and other content they upload to their profiles. Ceylon Weddings does not claim ownership of vendor-uploaded content and is not responsible for verifying the copyright status of such content.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

By uploading content to Ceylon Weddings, vendors represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for the content they upload. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, logos, and written descriptions. Vendors must not upload content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you believe that content on Ceylon Weddings infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us. Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

• The URL(s) or location of the infringing content on our platform

• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include a description of the removed content, its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake, and your contact information. 5. Repeat Infringers

Ceylon Weddingsreserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also remove content at our discretion if we have reason to believe it infringes on a third party's rights.

Some decorative and illustrative images used on Ceylon Weddings are sourced from Unsplash and are used in accordance with the Unsplash Licence. These images are not the property of our vendors or users.
